PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level a ridge in a position on one side or in a position on the other side by means of either of a pair of right and left ridge leveling elements placed in a position behind a splashing rotating body and whose rotation axis is diagonally upwardly inclined toward the ridge side at the position on the one side or the position on the other side.SOLUTION: A splashing rotating body 8 that can splash up mud in a field M by rotating in one direction N about a rotation axis O in the moving direction of a traveling machine body 1 is provided at a machine frame body 4. A release position deflecting mechanism 9 capable of selectively releasing and guiding the mud splashed up by the rotation in the one direction of the splashing rotating body to over a ridge W of a position R on one side or a position L on the other side is provided in a position above the splashing rotating body.
