To provide a manufacturing method and a storing method of a dried powder of vegetable or fruit, as foods inducing reduction effect in a body after intake by human being.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a dried powder of vegetable or fruit, in which rotation of a slicer machine, dryer and a grinder is clock-wise in view from a side putting vegetable or fruit in means for culturing vegetable or fruit used for a dried vegetable powder or a dried fruit powder in soil in which remaining detection of nitrate nitrogen is close to 0% as much as possible by using π water on a soil strong in nitrate nitrogen, without agrochemical, and processing cultured vegetable or fruit by using the slicer machine, the dryer, and the grinder.
