To provide a pneumatic type massage boot which is useful for promoting blood circulation.SOLUTION: There is provided a pneumatic type massage boot comprising: a bag body having a slit through which a leg of a user is inserted, and covering a range from a toe to a knee； and an air pump connected to the bag body and supplying air and discharging air. The bag body comprises: a heating part for heating a part corresponding to a range from at least a sole of a foot to the calf； and a plurality of air bags sequentially arranged in a longitudinal direction of the bag body, and formed into a cylindrical state.
