An oral dosage composition for use in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction, wherein the composition comprises at least 250 mg of ginger or a ginger derivative, wherein said ginger derivative is selected from the group consisting of fresh ginger, partially dry or dry, 6-gingerol and mixtures thereof, the composition further comprising at least one of L-citrulline and L-arginine.Una composición de dosificación oral para su uso en el tratamiento de la disfunción eréctil masculina, en donde la composición comprende al menos 250 mg de jengibre o un derivado de jengibre, en donde dicho derivado de jengibre se selecciona del grupo que consiste en jengibre fresco, parcialmente seco o seco, 6-gingerol y mezclas de los mismos, comprendiendo adicionalmente la composición por lo menos una de L-citrulina y L-arginina.
