The present invention relates to a method for processing his or her own tooth graft material having a crown support part, and more particularly, to a method for processing his or her own tooth graft material having a crown support part, comprising: a sterilization and cleansing step for sterilizing and cleansing a tooth extracted； a fat removal step for removing fat remained on a tooth sterilized and cleansed； a crown separation step for cutting a root part such that a part of the crown part is remained from the tooth on which fat is removed； a withdrawal step for withdrawing the root part cut； a withdrawal material cleansing step for removing withdrawal material from the tooth graft material undergone the withdrawal； and sterilization and packaging step for sterilizing and packaging the tooth graft material cleansed, wherein the crown separation step separates and removes the crown part such that around 5-20 area% of the crown part is remained on the top of the root part. According to the present invention, the part of the crown part is remained on the top of the root part so as to form top supporting force of the tooth graft material, and thereby, alveolar bone can be precisely placed on a region wanted to be formed and the formation of alveolar bone can be precisely and rapidly done.
