According to the present invention, a tooth graft site can be provided with shape supporting force such that a part of the crown part is remained on the top of the root part so as to support the tooth graft material, and efficient withdrawing can be made by separate withdrawing of the crown part including plentiful lime so as to facilitate new bone formation of a host tissue, as well as alveolar bone can be precisely placed on a region to be formed such that the formation of alveolar bone can be precisely and rapidly done.
