1. A process for preparing a therapeutic pegylated oligonucleotide comprising: (a) unPEGylated oligonucleotide synthesis on a solid support, (b) cleavage of unPEGylated oligonucleotide from the solid support and removal of the protecting groups from the oligonucleotide, (c) desalting unPEGylated oligonucleotide using ultrafiltration, (d) pegylation unPEGylated oligonucleotide to obtain an oligonucleotide pegylated, (e) purification of the pegylated oligonucleotide using anion exchange HPLC, and (f) desalted vanie and further purification of PEGylated oligonucleotide using ultrafiltration, ion exchange purification wherein unPEGylated oligonucleotide is not carried out between steps (b) and (c) .2. A method according to claim 1, which further comprises the step of (g) lyophilizing the final produkta.3. The method of claim 1, wherein the oligonucleotide comprises unpegylated secondary strukturu.4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the secondary structure comprises a stem and petlyu.5. The method of claim 1, wherein the modified oligonucleotide comprises unpegylated nukleotid.6. A method according to claim 5, wherein the modified oligonucleotide comprises unpegylated 2-O-methyl nukleotid.7. A method according to claim 5, wherein the modified oligonucleotide comprises unpegylated 2-fluoro nukleotid.8. The method of claim 1, wherein unpegylated oligonucleotide is coupled to a linker prior d.9 step. The method of claim 1, wherein the oligonucleotide comprises unpegylated RB005.10. The method of claim 1, wherein the oligonucleotide comprises a pegylated RB006.11. A method according to claim 1, wherein step (f) comprises using an ultrafiltration membrane which has a molecular weight of about threshold1.
