PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take care of skin by jetting water, in a pressure equal to or higher than a predetermined value, to the skin, and simultaneously collecting water after contacting the skin by using a water absorber and re-suctioning the water.SOLUTION: The handpiece for a water jet type skin care device is provided. The handpiece includes: a grip type case 31 which is hollow inside； a nozzle body 32 extended/projected from an inner part of the case 31 to a front of the case 31； a skin contact tube 33 connected with the nozzle body 32； a hollow water absorber 34 arranged from a space inside the skin contact tube 33 so as to contact all directions of the nozzle body 32. The nozzle body 32 includes: a water jetting passage 322 formed in the center； and plural water absorption passages 324 formed in an outline and connected from a hollow inner side of the water absorber 34 to a tip of the jetting passage 322. The water absorption passages 324 contact the hollow water absorber 34.【課題】 皮膚に水を一定の圧力以上に噴射して肌をケアし、それと同時に、肌に触れた後の水を水吸収体を利用して、集めて、これを再吸入できるようにする。【解決手段】 ウォータージェットタイプスキンケア装置用ハンドピースが提供される。上記のハンドピースは中が空からである取っ手型のケース３１と；上記ケース３１の内部から上記のケース３１の前方に突出延長されたノズル本体３２と；上記のノズル本体３２に結合される皮膚接触管３３と；上記の皮膚接触管３３内の空間から、上記のノズル本体３２の全方面と接するように設置された中空型の水吸収体３４を含み、上記のノズル本体３２は、中央に形成された水の噴射通路３２２と、外郭に形成された複数の水の吸収通路３２４を具備し、上記の水吸収体３４の中空内側から、上記の水の噴射通路３２２の先端に接続されて、上記の水の吸収通路３２４は、上記の中空型の水吸収体３４と接している。【選択図】図１
