PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reverse flow of liquid from a tank storing the liquid while preventing the supply of air into the tank and the discharge of the air from the tank from being disturbed.SOLUTION: A sterilized water generator producing sterilized water by mixing a solution as a source of the sterilized water with water comprises: a sterilized water tank where the solution and water are mixed an air supply/discharge passage connected to the sterilized water tank to supply air into the sterilized water tank and discharge the air from the sterilized water tank and a check valve 300 provided in the air supply/discharge passage to prevent the reverse flow of the liquid from the sterilized water tank.
