The present invention provides a medicinal fluid supply control device capable of performing a quick "priming" which is a preparatory operation for injecting medicinal fluid into a patient by removing air in the medicinal fluid or between the medicinal fluid and the medicinal fluid in advance by means of a filter for removing air provided on a discharge path inside the medicinal fluid supply control device, and reducing unnecessary loss of the medicinal fluid, generated during a discharge of the medicinal fluid in order to remove the air in the medicinal fluid or between the medicinal fluid and the medicinal fluid.
