PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic injection syringe which can be easily held.SOLUTION: An automatic injection syringe includes: a syringe 11 having an injection needle 113 at a distal end part a cylindrical housing 12 for housing the syringe 11 a needle cover part 13 which protrudes from an end part on one side of the housing 12 for covering the injection needle 113 and a driving part 14 which slides a plunger 112 in an extending direction of the housing 12 by pushing the needle cover part 13 into the housing 12 to discharge a liquid inside a syringe outer cylinder 111.
