According to one embodiment of the present invention, a stent manufacturing device using one-way machining comprises: a cylindrical shaft through which a tubular stent is inserted and fixated a body portion connected to the shaft a support portion fastened to the body portion and a laser portion irradiating a side surface of the stent in a fixated state. The shaft is rotated in one direction along a circumferential direction. The body portion moves in one direction along a longitudinal direction of the stent. According to the present invention, the stent manufacturing device is able to prevent fine errors from occurring due to inertia due to the shaft rotating in one direction and the body portion moving in one direction in advance thereby being capable of reducing a rate of defective goods from occurring, and reducing manufacturing costs.
