PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device easily generating fine bubbles, to solve a problem that although water containing fine bubbles being very fine air bubbles has an excellent effect on washing and so forth, devices for generating the fine bubbles are generally expensive and complicated and require other attachments.SOLUTION: A fine bubble generating device is installed in a fluid pipe and is composed of a cylindrical body and a flange. A through hole is provided in the flange and the cylinder body.
