The present invention relates to an improved a fluorescence unit for a rope. The fluorescence unit comprises a body unit which has multiple microbubbles inside thereof and has an oval external shape and a body hole which is formed in the center of the body unit and allows a rope to be inserted. The body unit comprises an EVA foaming unit which is formed by foaming 100 parts by weight of an EVA copolymer, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of epoxy resin for the 100 parts by weight of an EVA copolymer, 3 to 15 parts by weight of a fluorescent material, 2 to 5 parts by weight of a foaming agent, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a cross linking agent, and 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of other additives and an EVA surface layer which is composed of the same components as the EVA foaming unit, has a hard outer surface, and is formed outside of the EVA foaming unit. In addition, the body hole is formed of an EVA cylindrical layer which is composed of the same components as the EVA foaming unit but does not have the same microbubbles as the EVA foaming unit, and has a hard inner surface. The body unit comprises a first body unit formed in a semi-cylindrical shape and a second body unit formed in a semi-cylindrical shape, which can be attached to and detached from the first body unit.
