The device also comprises means suitable for assigning leaves (51) from the central area of the liquid surface to the surface area adjacent to a particular wall (15) of the tank, and removing them from this surface area. The mentioned means comprise a horizontal hole (16) of fluid discharge, pumps and filters for water discharged through the mentioned hole.
