PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of identifying an artery and a vein.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement device detects a scan line right above a blood vessel by using a reception signal of a reflection wave of an ultrasonic wave transmitted to the blood vessel (S2), detects candidates of depth positions that appear to be a front wall and a rear wall of the blood vessel on the basis of the reception signal of the scan line (S4), narrows down a blood vessel front-rear wall pair of the front wall and the rear wall from among the candidates (S6), performs identification of an artery/vein for each blood vessel by regarding the narrowed blood vessel front-rear wall pair as one blood vessel (S8), and performs measurement of blood vessel function information using the blood vessel determined to be the artery as an object (S10).【課題】動脈と静脈を識別することが可能な超音波診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】血管に向けて送信した超音波の反射波の受信信号を用いて、血管直上走査線を検出しS2、当該走査線の受信信号に基づいて血管の前壁及び後壁とおぼしき深さ位置の候補を検出するS4。次いで、当該候補の中から前壁及び後壁の血管前後壁対を絞り込みS6、絞り込んだ血管前後壁対を1つの血管とみなして血管毎に動脈/静脈の識別を行いS8、動脈判定した血管を対象として血管機能情報の測定を行うS10。【選択図】図2
