To provide a seedling transplanting machine in which abnormal conditions of a planting machine including a planting claw can be detected by using the number of use (consumption) of seedling mats.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanting machine with a seedling transplanting device is configured by comprising: a seedling loading platform where the mounting surfaces with seedling mats being put in an inclined state are arranged side by side in a machine body width direction according to the number of rows a planting claw for scraping and transplanting the seedlings from the lower end of the seedling mat a cross-feed mechanism for reciprocating the seedling loading platform in a machine body width direction and a vertical feed mechanism for sending downward the seedling mat being put in the seedling loading platform.
