PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively small-sized and inexpensive apparatus for capturing deer which is installed in more or less unlevel places, is easily assembled and disassembled, facilitates the transportation of materials, and enables a user to capture deer easily and reliably.SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for capturing deer includes an upper frame body 3 formed into a polygon by connecting pipes 2, a lower frame body 4 formed into the same shape corresponding to the upper frame body 3, a plurality of vertical pipes 5 supporting the upper frame body 3 upward from the lower frame body 4 to be separated at a prescribed distance, a door member 6 which is mounted on one of the pipes 2 of the upper frame body 3 and is freely opened and closed, an enclosing net 7 which is hung on the upper frame body 3 except the pipe 2 on which the door member 6 is mounted and is tented downward from the upper frame body 3 to exceed the lower frame body 4 for a prescribed length, a deer detecting device 8 for detecting the invasion of the deer into the enclosing net 7, a door member opening/closing device 9 which closes the door member 6 when the detection and activation of the deer detecting device 8 are transmitted, and a winch 11 for gathering the lower end of the enclosing net 7 by winding up a wire 10 for squeezing the enclosing net.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】多少不陸な場所にも設置可能であり、組み立て分解、資材の運搬が容易であり、安全確実かつ容易に鹿を捕獲することができる比較的小規模で安価な鹿の捕獲装置を提供する。【解決手段】パイプ2が連結されて多角形に形成された上部枠体3と、上部枠体3と対応する同形状に形成された下部枠体4と、上部枠体3を下部枠体4から上方に所定間隔離間させて支持する複数の縦パイプ5と、上部枠体3の一つのパイプ2に取り付けられ、開閉自在の扉部材6と、扉部材6を取り付けたパイプ2を除く上部枠体3に吊下され、上部枠体3から下部枠体4を所定長さ超えて下方に張設される囲い網7と、囲い網7内への鹿の侵入を検知する鹿検知装置8と、鹿検知装置8の検知作動が伝達されると、扉部材6を閉じさせる扉部材開閉装置9と、囲い網絞りワイヤー10を巻き上げることにより、囲い網7の下端部を絞り込むウインチ11とを備えた鹿の捕獲装置1を提供する。【選択図】図1
