PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture in one swoop noxious animals which behave in a group and which eat profitable food or the like.SOLUTION: A capture net (14) is stretched and set on the ground surrounded with a frame (13), with first detection means of infrared ray sensors (16, 17) disposed at a prescribed position near the entrance of the frame (13), and with second detection means of infrared ray sensor emitting sections (18, 19) disposed at a prescribed position deep from the entrance of the frame (13). The first detection means detects the front of a plurality of noxious animals entering the capture net (14), and the second detection means detects the front of the noxious animals entering further deep on the capture net (14), with all of the plurality of noxious animals detected entering on the capture net (14).
