PURPOSE: A degenerative knee joint supporter is provided to correct a knee and release pain by having a traction member on one side of a connection member corresponding with the one side of the connection unit. CONSTITUTION: A degenerative knee joint supporter comprises an upper frame(110), a lower frame(120), a pivoting limit member(130), a connection member(140), and a traction member(150). The upper frame is mounted to the front part of the femoral region of the wearer. The upper frame is mounted to the front part of the femoral region of the wearer. The lower frame is mounted to the rear part of the shin of the wearer. The pivoting limit member couples the both connection part of the upper frame and the lower frame within a specific range. The connection member is combined to the connection part of the upper/lower frame which is combined to the pivoting limit member.
