The present invention relates to an intraoral device for the repositioning of the tongue, comprising a support which can be fixed relative to a maxillary dental arch of a patient, characterized in that it comprises a blade (8) which is mounted on the support and extends in a longitudinal direction, inscribable within a sagittal plane of the patient, from a posterior end to an anterior end, the blade comprising an elastically deformable portion (10) configured to alternately adopt a rest position, in which the portion (10) positions itself at least partly beyond a bite plane of the patient, and at least one constrained position, in which the portion (10) is deformed in the direction of the bite plane. The device will have a use in all disorders involving poor positioning of the tongue.La présente invention concerne un dispositif intrabuccal destiné au repositionnement de la langue, comprenant un support fixable relativement à une arcade dentaire maxillaire dun patient, caractérisé en ce quil comprend une lame (8) montée sur le support et sétendant suivant une direction longitudinale apte à sinscrire dans un plan sagittal du patient, depuis une extrémité postérieure vers une extrémité antérieure, la lame comprenant une portion (10) élastiquement déformable configurée pour prendre alternativement une position de repos dans laquelle la portion (10) se positionne au moins en partie au-delà dun plan de morsure du patient et au moins une position contrainte dans laquelle la portion (10) est déformée en direction du plan de morsure. Le dispositif trouvera son application dans toutes les pathologies en rapport avec un mauvais positionnement de la langue.
