The method for determining the position of a prosthetic plane in patients in whom the integrity of the dental arch is impaired is characterized in that a projection of the Campers line is determined on the patients face by transferring the points Po (the upper edge of the ear canal) and Sna (the anterior nasal spine), obtained by a computed tomography scan in the saggital plane, onto the patients face, and the position of the prosthetic plane is determined as a plane parallel to the Campers line, wherein the position of a wax maxillary base plate is determined on the basis of the interpupillary line in the frontal projection, and the base plate is aligned on the basis of the interpupillary line obtained by a computed tomography scan of the patients head in the frontal projection.Procédé pour déterminer le plan prosthétique chez les patients souffrant dun défaut de lintégrité des rangées dentaires qui est caractérisé en ce que lon détermine une projection de lhorizontale de Camper sur le visage du patient par le transfert du point Po (bord supérieur du canal auditif) et Sna (os nasal frontal) obtenus au moyen de la tomographie assistée par ordinateur en projection saggitale, sur le visage du patient, et lon détermine la position du plan prosthétique comme un plan parallèle au plan de Camper on détermine sur la base de la ligne des pupilles en projection frontale la position de la base maxillaire supérieure en cire puis on légalise en suivant la ligne des pupilles obtenue au moyen de la tomographie assistée par ordinateur de la tête du patient en projection frontale.Способ определения расположения протетической плоскости у пациентов с нарушениями целостности зубных рядов, характеризующийся тем, что определяют проекцию Камперовской горизонтали на лице пациента путем переноса точки Ро (верхний край слухового прохода) и Sna (передняя носовая ость), полученных на компьютерной томографии в сагиттальной проекции, на лицо пациента и определяют положение протетической плоско
