An object of the present invention is to provide a cartilage integrated occlusive material and a cartilage integrated occlusive material kit, which prevent environmental deterioration due to rejection reaction and prevent displacement and dropout. A cartilage-integrated occluding material of the present invention is a material for occluding a body cavity existing in a target body. The cartilage-integrated occlusive material includes a scaffold member made of a biodegradable porous body, a hydrogel, and chondrocytes. The scaffolding member has a solid portion and a pore portion provided inside and inside the solid portion, so that the scaffolding member has an uneven surface. Chondrocytes are dispersed in the hydrogel. The hydrogel in which the chondrocytes are dispersed is arranged on the outer surface of the scaffold member and in the pores.
