The present invention relates to a liquid medicine leakage-preventing needle-free liquid delivery connector, which comprises a barrel having an interior in which a guide tube is formed. The guide tube has an inside wall having a lower end on which a stop flange is formed. A movable member and an elastic valve are sequentially arranged in the interior of the barrel. The barrel has a top end on which a connection base is provided. The elastic valve comprises a guide bar received in the guide tube of the barrel in such a way that the guide bar and the guide tube form therebetween a passage. An outer wall surface of the guide bar has a lower end tightly engaging the stop flange of the guide tube so as to close a tube opening of the lower end of the guide tube. In use, a syringe is first coupled to the connection base and a medicine supplier is coupled to the lower end of the barrel to push the movable member thereby compressing the elastic valve.
