The apparatus (10) has a body (3) secured to a housing (11). A roller (4) includes a cylindrical body provided to make contact with skin. A symmetry axis (A) of the roller is provided parallel to a plane of a treatment window (12). The roller is mounted on the body, and rotates relative to the body. A guide unit (20) i.e. detachable accessory includes a moving part on one of ends (E1, E2) of the roller for opposite interaction with a fixed part, which is secured to the body. The guide unit adjacent to the window provides tactile indication of displacement of the apparatus.
