A first endoluminal prosthesis (20) coupled to an inner catheter and a dilator tip is delivered to the body vessel via a guidewire (80) and a delivery sheath (90) in a conventional manner. After deployment of the first endoluminal prosthesis (20) at the target site, the dilator and catheter are retracted from the body, leaving the delivery sheath (90) in place. A second endoluminal prosthesis (25) is housed within a peel-away sheath (202) without a catheter or dilator tip, and is mated to the delivery sheath (90) outside the patient. The second prosthesis (25) is advanced from the peel-away sheath into the delivery sheath (90) without the use of a dilator tip or catheter. As the second prosthesis (25) is advanced into the delivery sheath (90) from the peel-away sheath (202), the peel-away sheath (202) is peeled away. The second prosthesis (25) is advanced through the delivery sheath (90) and delivered into an overlapping engagement with the first prosthesis (20).
