A prosthesis delivery device (18) includes a nose cone dilator (28) having a straight lumen (64) and an angled internal channel (68) extending between the dilator sidewall (62) and the lumen (64). The delivery device (18) comprises a delivery catheter (66) having the prosthesis (34) releasably secured thereto and the nose cone (28) extending from the proximal end of the catheter. The delivery device is pre-loaded with a single guide wire (26) for both tracking the device within a main vessel as well as for cannulating one or more branch vessels. In a delivery configuration, a secondary catheter (74) is coaxial with the guide wire (26) and extends through at least a portion of the prosthesis lumen and is held within the channel (68) formed in the nose cone. In a released configuration, the secondary catheter (74) and guide wire (26) are retracted distally out of the channel (68) and can be manipulated for cannulating a branch vessel.
