PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid external preparation for skin comprising a nucleic acid oligonucleotide in relation to a pharmaceutical preparation comprising the nucleic acid.SOLUTION: This nucleic acid external preparation for skin having high skin permeability is provided by formulating the nucleic acid which is a polymer into the preparation by using sodium alginate or a mixture of soybean phospholipids with vaseline. Since the nucleic acid external preparation for skin has the high skin permeability, the nucleic acid which is an active ingredient can efficiently be delivered to an affected part. The dose of the nucleic acid to be used may be low and even safety and economical efficiency are excellent. Since the mechanism of action is different from that of a low-molecular compound which is an active ingredient of the currently used skin anti-inflammatory agent, effects can be expected even for a case in which a low-molecular medicine is not effective.COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI【課題】核酸皮膚外用製剤【解決手段】 本発明は、高分子である核酸をアルギン酸ナトリウム、あるいは大豆リン脂質とワセリンとの混合物を用いて製剤化することによって、高い皮膚透過性を持つ核酸皮膚外用製剤を提供するものである。本核酸皮膚外用製剤は高い皮膚透過性を有するため、効率よく有効成分である核酸を患部に送達できる。用いる核酸は低用量でよく、安全性、経済性にも優れている。また、現在用いられている皮膚の抗炎症剤の有効成分である低分子化合物とは作用メカニズムが異なるため、低分子医薬が効かないケースにも効果を期待できる。【選択図】なし
