PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robust and inexpensive dog feces and urine receiver that keeps a plastic bag easily attachable and detachable, has no fear of unfastening a plastic bag during defecation and urination, has a simple structure and is simply handled.SOLUTION: The dog feces and urine receiver has a bowl-like receiving part 11, a handle 21 formed at the edge of the receiving part 11 and a through-hole 15 at the bottom part 13 of the receiving part 11. In use, the bottom part of the plastic bag for holding dog feces and urine is inserted into the through-hole 15 from the inside of the bottom part 13 of the receiving part 11, drawn out to the outside of the bottom part 13 of the receiving part, the plastic bag 31 for holding the dog feces and urine is inverted at the upper end 14 of the receiving part 11, so that the plastic bag is attached to the receiving part 11.
