PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vest device for bedridden patients for automatically changing positions of the entire body trunk of a patient who has difficulties moving his or her body and for automatically distributing a body pressure in sections of the body trunk and allowing a respiratory physical therapy.SOLUTION: The vest device for bedridden patients comprises: three upper holding parts for wrapping and holding the neck region, the left shoulder part, and the right shoulder part which branch from the upper body of the body trunk of the bedridden patient, respectively two lower holding parts for binding and holding the left leg part and the right leg part which branch from the lower body of the body trunk of the patient, respectively a body trunk covering part for covering the entire circumference of the body trunk and fastening it a coverall vest body which is integrated to be worn a plurality of airbag bodies provided at each of a plurality of sections of the left back surface part and the right back surface part of the vest body so as to be integrated with the upper body of the body trunk and the lower body of the body trunk to follow the body movements or rotations of the patient and an air supply device which controls each of the plurality of the airbag bodies to be in a pressurized or depressurized state or controls at least two airbag bodies in cooperation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】体動困難な患者の体幹全体を自動的に体位変換でき、または体幹区画での自動的な体圧分散、呼吸理学療法ができる臥床患者用の胴衣装置に関する。【解決手段】臥床患者の体幹上半身から分岐する頚部、左肩部、右肩部を各々で包容保持する3か所の上方保持部と、患者の体幹下半身から分岐する左脚部、右脚部を各々で結束保持する2か所の下方保持部と、体幹の全周を被覆して留め合わす体幹被覆部と、それらと一体となって着用可能な繋ぎ型の胴衣主体と、該胴衣主体の左背面部、右背面部の複数区画の各々に、患者の体移動・回転によっても体幹上半身および体幹下半身と一体となって追随する様に備えられた複数個の空気袋体と、更に複数個の該空気袋体を各々個別に、又は2個以上を連動させて加圧または減圧状態になる様に制御可能である空気供給装置とで成したことを特徴とする臥床患者用の胴衣装置。【選択図】 図4
