PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add sodium chloride, which is a tablet-shaped electrolysis accelerator, to water filled in a tray, to impregnate a filter with hypochlorous acid water obtained by electrolysis, and to remove air taken in from a suction port to a filter member. Provided is a space sterilizer capable of quickly dissolving a sterilizer for passing air to sterilize air while maintaining quantitativeness and convenience of introduction of a tablet-shaped electrolysis accelerator. SOLUTION: A tablet-shaped electrolysis accelerator is directly exposed to a water flow at an electrolysis accelerator stopper 24 so that even a tablet-shaped electrolysis accelerator can be quickly dissolved in the tray 10. Further, by making the flow path of the transfer path 22 provided with the electrolysis accelerator stopper 24 to have the minimum width in which the electrolysis accelerator can be put, the electrolysis accelerator is exposed to a fast water flow, so that it can be dissolved more quickly. As a result of shortening the dissolution time of the electrolysis accelerator in the tray 10, the time until the start of operation of the blower device is shortened, and the disinfecting and deodorizing effect can be obtained in a short time.
