A securing element (20) comprises a ligament coupling element (32), a clamping element, an actuating element (34) and a stressing element e.g. spring (28). The clamping element has a first clamping part (22) with a first surface (40), and a second clamping part (24) with a corresponding second surface (44), to clamp the ligament coupling element between the first and second surfaces. The stressing element engages the clamping parts, and provides a force for pressing the first and second surfaces towards one another. The actuating element moves first and second surfaces away from each other. The actuating element moves the first and second surfaces away from each other, against the force of stressing element. The first and second surfaces are preferably conical. The second clamping part is movable with respect to the first clamping part. The clamping element is connected to the bone part. The ligament coupling element and the actuating element, are in the form of a wire, thread or ribbon.
