The networked dispersion of biocellulose microfibrils in water according to the present invention exhibits excellent skin compatibility and has the effect of allowing the skin to increase in water absorption, elasticity, and smoothness. In addition, not only does the networked dispersion of biocellulose microfibrils in water form micro-networks on the skin to prevent microdust from being brought into direct contact with the skin, but also negative charges of the networked dispersion repel those microdust to reduce microdust attachment, so that the present invention can be widely utilized in developing a variety of compositions for effectively blocking microdust.
