PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray device and a spray method, having an excellent spray effect, such as extermination, by reducing uneven spray while further reducing a spray volume of chemical liquid or the like.SOLUTION: A spray device 100 comprises: blow out pipes 134, 135 provided with a plurality of blow out ports 136A from which spray agent from a spray agent tank 131 is sprayed out blast pipes 143, 144 having a plurality of blowout ports 146 from which compressed air from an air blower 141 is blown out and spray covers 171, 172 on which openings 171D, 172D are provided being opened to a spray direction and in which the blow out pipes and the blast pipes are arranged in an adjacent manner.
