A semi-rigid tube connected to an inflatable ring and a vacuum source is provided. The inflatable ring may be inserted into the trachea air passageway of a person, then inflated to form a seal against the inner surface of the air passageway of the person. A central through hole of the ring is in fluid communication with the tube as well as a lower portion of the air passageway of the person below the ring. The vacuum source applies a vacuum to the tube as well as the central through hole of the ring and the lower portion of the air passageway of the person to remove lodged objects stuck in the air passageway of the person. Once the lodged object is removed from the air passageway, the ring may be deflated and the tube/ring removed from the air passageway of the person so that the person can now breathe normally.La présente invention concerne un tube semi-rigide relié à un anneau gonflable et à une source de vide. Ledit anneau gonflable peut être introduit dans le conduit permettant le passage de lair formé par la trachée dune personne, puis gonflé pour former un joint étanche contre la surface intérieure de la trachée de la personne. Un trou traversant situé au centre de lanneau est en communication fluidique avec le tube, ainsi quavec la partie de la trachée de la personne située sous lanneau. La source de vide applique une dépression au niveau du tube, du trou traversant situé au centre de lanneau, ainsi que de la partie de la trachée de la personne située sous lanneau, pour extraire les objets coincés dans la trachée de la personne. Une fois lobjet coincé extrait de la trachée, lanneau peut être dégonflé et le tube/anneau peut être retiré de la trachée de la personne afin que celle-ci puisse à nouveau respirer normalement.
