An endotracheal apparatus (100) comprising a conjoint lumen tube shaft (102) having a distal end (D), a proximal end (P) and an inner tube (104) disposed within an outer tube (106) the outer tube (106) being separated into a ventilation channel (108) and a suction channel (110) and a connector (112) coupled with the ventilation channel (108) of the outer tube (106). The inner and the outer tube (104, 106) are connected to each other by a plurality of joining means (114) and the inner tube (104) is reinforced with a plurality of flexometallic bits (116). Further, the outer tube (106) and inner tube (104) are having a plurality of suction ports (118) on both sides for assisting in suction of secretions while ventilating a subject through the ventilation channel (108) of the outer tube (106).
