The present relates to a joint device connected to an injector for administration of a medicinal fluid filled in an intravenous injection and an injection set having the same. According to the present invention, with respect to the joint device having one end connected to a needle part equipped with a needle so as to communicate and the other end connected to a connection tube so as to communicate, disclosed is the joint device comprising: a body part having open both ends and in which a space for a medicinal fluid is formed and of which one end is connected to the space for a medicinal fluid and the needle part so as to communicate； and a joint part having a first end unit connected to the body part so as to communicate, a second end unit connected to the connection tube so as to communicate, and a communicating vessel connecting the first end unit and the second end unit while communicating the same but having a part which is curved not to make the direction of an opening of the first end unit face the direction of an opening of the second end unit in the opposite direction.본 발명은 링거 등에 수용된 약액을 환자에게 투여하는 주사기에 연결되는 조인트 장치 및 이를 포함하는 수액 세트에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 일단은 바늘이 장착된 바늘부와 연통되게 연결되고, 타단은 용액이 흐르는 연결관과 연통되게 연결되는 조인트 장치에 있어서, 양단이 개구되고 내부에 약액 공간이 형성되며, 일단은 상기 약액 공간과 상기 바늘부가 연통되게 연결되는 바디부, 및 상기 바디부와 연통되게 연결되는 제1단부와, 상기 연결관과 연통되게 연결되는 제2단부, 및 상기 제1단부 및 제2단부를 연통하며 연결하는 연통관을 가지는 조인트부를 포함하되, 상기 연통관은, 상기 제1단부의 개구방향과 상기 제2단부의 개구방향이 서로 반대방향을 이루지 않도록 적어도 일부분이 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 장치 및 이를 포함하는 수액 세트를 개시한다.
