PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature food processor that uses an inexpensive, simple, portable low-temperature cooking machine without use of electric power to allow consumer-participation-type manufacture of ice cream, sherbet, or the like and new low-temperature cooking methods and researches.SOLUTION: The low-temperature food processor includes a cooking plate 1 for placing the raw materials of ice cream or low-temperature cooking ingredients thereon, and refrigeration means for cooling the cooking plate. The refrigeration means at least includes a casing 2 for placing the cooking plate thereon and dry ice 31 housed in the casing.
