The present invention relates to a novel pharmaceutical composition of benproperine derivatives for preventing and treating angiogenesis-related diseases. The benproperine derivatives and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof according to the present invention inhibit cancer cell migration and the angiogenesis of vascular endothelial cells, and therefore can be effectively used not only as an anticancer agent, but also as an agent for preventing and treating diseases caused by abnormal angiogenesis, such as diabetic retinopathy and corneal transplant rejection.本発明は、ベンプロペリン（benproperine）誘導体のがん及び血管新生関連疾患の予防及び治療用薬学的組成物に関する。本発明のベンプロペリン誘導体及びその薬学的に許容される塩は、がん細胞の移動を抑制して血管内皮細胞の血管形成を阻害することができるので、抗がん剤としてだけでなく、糖尿病性網膜症、角膜移植拒絶反応などの異常血管新生により生じる疾患の予防及び治療に有用である。
