PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions comprising ω-3 fatty acids.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an emulsion composition comprising: an aqueous phase comprising an aqueous liquid； an oil phase comprising an ω-3 fatty acid oil； and a surfactant, in which an emulsion has a central particle size of about 100 nm to about 3 μm.
