PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus, a medical image pickup device and a medical image display device capable of improving a workflow from imaging to browsing of medical images.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic apparatus comprises: a display part an input part a layout parameter determination part and an imaging protocol determination part. The display part displays a setting screen of a browsing screen related to a medical image which is going to be acquired by medical inspection which has not been executed. To the input part, a setting operation from an operator related to a layout of the medical image is input. The layout parameter determination part determines a layout parameter related to the medical image, based on the setting operation related to the layout of the input medical image.
