To provide a sebum stain remover having an excellent removing effect of sebum stain and high moisture retention ability and to provide a cosmetic for cleansing skin obtained by blending the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a sebum stain remover which contains the following components (A) to (C): (A) a polyoxyethylenepolyoxypropylene glyceryl ether in which the average additional molar number of an oxyethylene group is 1 to 100 and the average additional molar number of an oxypropylene group is 1 to 50, (B) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 10 or more selected from one or two or more of a POE-sorbitan fatty acid ester, a POE-sorbit fatty acid ester, a POE-glycerol fatty acid ester, a POE/POP-alkyl ether, a POE-castor oil or a hardened castor oil derivative, a polyglycerol fatty acid ester, alkanolamide and a POE-alkyl ether and (C) water.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】優れた皮脂汚れの除去効果を有し、かつ保湿力の高い皮脂汚れ除去剤、及びこれを配合した皮膚洗浄用化粧料を提供すること。【解決手段】成分（Ａ）から（Ｃ）を含有することを特徴とする皮脂汚れ除去剤。（Ａ）オキシエチレン基の平均付加モル数が１～１００、オキシプロピレン基の平均付加モル数が１～５０であるポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレングリセリルエーテル、（Ｂ）ＰＯＥ－ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ＰＯＥ－ソルビット脂肪酸エステル、ＰＯＥ－グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ＰＯＥ・ＰＯＰ－アルキルエーテル、ＰＯＥ－ヒマシ油または硬化ヒマシ油誘導体、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、アルカノールアミド、ＰＯＥ－アルキルエーテルから選ばれた１種又は２種以上のＨＬＢが１０以上である非イオン界面活性剤、（Ｃ）水【選択図】なし
