PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thresher that is free of the problems of corotation of threshed object with a threshing cylinder in a threshing chamber, generation of free grains of transported culms, slippage and breakage of transported culms or the increase in straw dust in the threshing chamber.SOLUTION: The thresher has an dust removing device 30 on a side at the back of a threshing chamber 12, located opposite to the installed side of a culm feeding and transport device 13. A rotor 50, having an axis parallel to the axis of the threshing cylinder 11, is placed between the threshing cylinder 11 at the back of the threshing chamber 12 and a dust removing cylinder 31. The rotor 50 is placed above at least the threshing cylinder shaft 51 of the threshing cylinder 11.
