PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage processing apparatus which improves usage efficiency of energy and suppresses enlargement of the whole apparatus.SOLUTION: The beverage processing apparatus 1 includes a flow channel unit 2, a heat pump unit 3 and a high-temperature steam production unit 4. The flow channel unit 2 has a concentration part 21 for concentrating a beverage, a sterilization part 22 for sterilizing the beverage and a cooling part 23 for cooling the beverage. The heat pump unit 3 has a first compressor 31, a condenser 32 for heating the beverage flowing through the concentration part 21, an expansion valve 33 and an evaporator 23 for cooling the beverage flowing through the cooling part 23. The high-temperature steam production unit 4 has a second compressor 41 for making steam produced in the concentration part 21 into a high-temperature and high-pressure state and sending the steam to the sterilization part 22.【課題】エネルギーの使用効率を向上させ、また、装置全体の大型化を抑制することのできる飲料処理装置を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】この飲料処理装置１は、流路ユニット２と、ヒートポンプユニット３と、高温蒸気生成ユニット４とを備えている。流路ユニット２は、飲料を濃縮するための濃縮部２１、飲料を殺菌する殺菌部２２、及び飲料を冷却する冷却部２３、を有している。また、ヒートポンプユニット３は、第１の圧縮機３１と、濃縮部２１内を流れる飲料を加熱するための凝縮器３２と、膨張弁３３と、冷却部２３内を流れる飲料を冷却するための蒸発器２３と、を有している。また、高温蒸気生成ユニット４は、濃縮部２１において発生する蒸気を高温高圧にして殺菌部２２へと送る第２の圧縮機４１を有している。【選択図】図１
