The present invention provides a combination therapy comprising a compound that is a PDE1 enzyme inhibitor and other compounds useful for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease or Huntington's disease. Individual aspects of the invention relate to the combined use of such compounds for the treatment of neurodegenerative and / or cognitive disorders.
