PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urination absorber for pets, without remaining excreted urine at a bottom part of an excretion container, irrespective of a position and posture of a pet at its excretion time.SOLUTION: A urination absorber for pets includes a first surface sheet 12 having ventilation and liquid permeation properties, a second surface sheet 13 having ventilation property and liquid permeation properties, an absorbing material 14 made of fluffy fibers 19 and presenting between the first and second surface sheets 12, 13, and a non-liquid permeable sheet 17 having a non-liquid permeation property and partitioning the absorbing material 14 to a first absorbing region 15 on the first surface sheet 12 side and a second absorbing region 16 on the second surface sheet 13 side.
