An apparatus for making soft ice cream, according to the present invention, comprises: a raw material feeding element for feeding a raw material of ice cream； an air feeding element for feeding air； a mixing element connected to the raw material feeding element and the air feeding element and forming a mixed solution of the raw material and the air； a stirring and freezing element connected to the mixing element, and freezing and stirring the mixed solution； and a dispensing element for dispensing the frozen and stirred mixed solution in a form of ice cream.본 발명에 따른 소프트 아이스크림 제조 장치는, 소프트 아이스크림을 제조하는 장치에 있어서, 아이스크림 원액을 공급하는 원액공급부, 공기를 공급하는 공기공급부, 상기 원액공급부와 상기 공기공급부에 연결되어 상기 아이스크림 원액과 상기 공기를 혼합하여 혼합액을 조성하는 혼합부, 상기 혼합부에 연결되어 상기 혼합액을 교반 냉각하는 교반냉각부 및 상기 교반냉각부에 연결되어 상기 교반 냉각된 혼합액을 아이스크림 형태로 취출하는 취출부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
