SOLUTION: The deodorizing filter comprises a solid carrying a hydroxy amine compound indicated by general formula (1). In formula, R
1 indicates a hydrogen atom, the alkyl group of a carbon number 1 to 5 or the hydroxyalkyl group of a carbon number 1 to 5, R2 indicates the hydrogen atom, the alkyl group of a carbon number 1 to 6 or the hydroxyalkyl group of a carbon number 1 to 5, and R3 and R4 indicate the alkanediyl group of a carbon number 1 to 5.
