The invention relates to a supply and/or cooling system which has at least one supply tube or supply channel for receiving a liquid and/or a gas said tube or channel being coupled to a liquid supply device and/or a gas supply and/or a gas suction system and having at least one liquid and/or gas discharge opening in a tube or channel base or casing region. At least one strand shaped ingredient carrier and/or cooling strand is suspended on the supply tube or the supply channel and/or the supply tube or the supply channel coupled to the gas supply and/or the gas suction system is suspended below the at least one ingredient carrier and/or cooling strand. The ingredient carrier has and/or carries at least one ingredient and the ingredient carrier and/or the cooling strand can be supplied with the liquid and/or the gas via the liquid and/or gas discharge opening. The aim of the invention is to provide a supply and/or cooling system which can be used in a flexible manner is easily accessible and easy to handle and has a simple structural design. This is achieved by a supply and/or cooling system of the aforementioned type in which the supply tube or the supply channel can be moved vertically.
