The device for spectrum analysis includes an obtainer configured to acquire a plurality of skin spectra； and a processor configured to generate a plot of difference degree of spectra which represents differences among the acquired plurality of skin spectra, and determine whether the plurality of skin spectra are appropriate for blood glucose measurement based on the plot of difference degree of spectra.
